Geared for those who have got their car detailed within the last few weeks and only need a wipe down, vacuum, and light touch ups. Cancellation Policy
🚗 All Fresh Mobile Auto Detailing – Service Policy Thank you for choosing All Fresh. To ensure a smooth experience, please read the following policies: 📅 Appointments All services are by appointment only. Bookings are not confirmed until approved and, if required, a deposit is received. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather, location issues, vehicle condition, or last minute emergencies. Customers will be fairly compensated on any cancellations directly caused from our side. 💳 Deposits & Payment A deposit may be required to secure your booking. It is applied toward your total and is non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or no-show. Final payment is due upon completion (cash, e-transfer, or cheque) ❌ Cancellations You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance, the deposit will be put towards the rescheduled appointment. No refund on deposits. . Last-minute cancellations or inaccessible vehicles may result in a forfeited deposit. 💰 Pricing & Photos All prices are base quotes. Final pricing depends on vehicle condition. Over the phone we are able to give a rough estimate, however, final price is always determined in-person: Additionally any undisclosed issues may lead to added charges (bio spills, pet hair removal, excessive dirt and stains) 🧼 Service Limitations We do not clean vomit, urine, mold, or other biohazards unless discussed prior. Odor removal is not guaranteed but ozone treatment is available as an add-on. 🌧️ Weather Appointments may be rescheduled in the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions for mobile service. 📸 Photos We may take before-and-after photos for quality control and marketing. Let us know if you’d prefer your vehicle not be posted. At All Fresh Mobile Auto Detailing, we handle every vehicle with care and always use the least aggressive methods possible. During a detail, we must operate standard vehicle functions such as moving seats, rolling windows up/down, opening doors, and using interior lights or switches. By booking with us, you acknowledge that All Fresh Mobile Auto Detailing is not responsible for any mechanical or electrical issues that occur during or after service related to normal vehicle functions.
